 St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands has proven to be an excellent location for workshops, retreats, and classes seeking a warm weather getaway. Our two eco-resorts, Estate Concordia Preserve and Maho Bay Camps are situated ideally next to the U.S.V.I. National Park to supply ocean views as well as private meeting pavilions to fit any group's requirements. The various groups that have enjoyed the facilities include: yoga retreats, business seminars, university classes, astronomy groups, or special events such as anniversaries, birthdays or reunions.
 Estate Concordia Preserve has just built St. John's most natural, eco-friendly, spacious meeting pavilion and café with ocean views that rival the most exclusive resorts. We look forward to helping you plan your wedding or event to take place on St. John — the gem of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
 RATES:
Pavilion usage only is $300. With rental of 5 units at Concordia $200 in season ($100 discount). With rental of 5 units at Concordia during low season (5/1/08 to 12/14/08)- free. All room rentals must be for a minimum of 7 days to receive the pavilion discount
 HOURS OF EXCLUSIVE USAGE - l0AM to 9PM
Our staff will handle set up and break down of our pavilion equipment for one time use. For longer group use, setup must be done by the group members. We are able to supply tables, chairs, tablecloths and trash cans on site to accommodate up to 100 people. See the equipment list for sizes of tables and types of equipment available for use.
 CATERING: Café Concordia is able to offer a wide variety of meal options including a buffet menu that can be served in the pavilion area. A sample group menu is available upon request.

Estate Concordia Preserve is located on the dramatic southeastern side of St. John. Our eco-resort offers 25 Eco-tents and 9 studio apartments which all provide our guests with unique comforts for the body, mind, and soul. These are some of the most spectacular surroundings for which the US Virgin Islands and St. John are well known. The eco-tents provide creature comforts and conveniences including private bath, solar hot water shower, and kitchen facilities. These units are powered by solar energy, and can sleep five or six adults. Four units feature a wheelchair access ramp rather than stairway.
 *During our high season (Dec 15 to April 30) it's especially important to reserve rooms and our Concordia Pavilion early. For large parties we can also book additional rooms in the Coral Bay area near our property.
 TRANSPORTATION: You have the option of renting a car on St. John or at the St. Thomas airport. For large groups, we recommend renting a "Safari cab", which is a pickup truck with seats in the back so you can travel with 8-10 people.  ACTIVITIES: We would be happy to help you and your group plan an activity such as a sunset or half-day sail with snorkeling off the boat, a motorboat trip around St. John, or an excursion to the British Virgin Islands.
