Restaurant Manager: Full time position training to start immediately. Applicant will be required to supervise all aspects of the restaurant from breakfast through dinner (no lunch). He/she should be knowledgeable in different areas including: food/beverage knowledge, inventory analysis, food costing, scheduling, food purchasing, customer service, FOH/BOH experience, and menu development. The job demands a strong-minded individual able to work long hours with a love for food/beverage and people. You will be in direct supervision of 16-20 employees and report directly to the General Manager. This position is salaried with free meals, housing and insurance. Cook: Permanent full-time position (5 days a week, 40+ hours) available at both Maho and Concordia. This is a position for a strong serious candidate with multiple (2-4) years and a vast knowledge of the culinary world. Candidate will be responsible for developing menu entrees and also following standard menu items. This position will be working in a high heat, high stress, quantity-based kitchen closely with others preparing a large volume of meals. Applicants must be team players 18+ years of age, able to lift 50 lbs, people friendly and able to be on feet 8 to 10 hours, as well as have a positive attitude, high energy, retail and culinary experience and an ability to handle high stress and volume situations. Desired skills and attributes include: knife skills, self-motivated, communication and creative. Salary is at Maho $6.15/hour with subsidized meals and free housing - negotiable at Concordia.
